It was November 2006 that True Light Ministry was born, and God began to do a wonderful work in our lives. At the very first meeting held at 11 Hammer Street Melmoth, which was the home of my parents, there were 3 of us present. God began to add and only a few months later there were over 15 precious souls attending meetings in the house.

Lives were being shaped and moulded and God was revealing to us that it was time to move out of the home and into other premises. Through His servants Piet and Suzie Beukes, for which we are all very thankful and appreciative, God provided premises for us to use. After some alterations were done to the premises, we were ready for our first meeting end of December 2007. I will never forget the words of our Brother Colin Durrheim after this meeting, he surely prophesied when he said, “We are going to have to break down walls and make the premises bigger within the next 6 Months”. This was exactly what took place and once more we thank our brother Piet and Sister Suzie for their obedience to Christ in allowing us to make this increase.

God has truly been the Author of this Ministry and I am reminded of the two verses in Acts 5 v 38 and 39, “For if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God”.  Many have fought against this ministry since its inception and some have blasphemed against it, but I am delighted to say that as it stands today there are approximately 70 Souls at every Sunday morning meeting desiring to learn more and more about the things of God as well as a 15+ strong Sunday school that runs concurrently.
May we continue on in the year ahead, Lord willing, pleasing God in all that we say and do.

God bless you all.
